We will make sure you still can check in :) 

1. Check-in Time: from 14:00 P.M. - 10:30 P.M.

You may leave the luggage at the lobby area if you come early. 
Key deposit: 100 thb

Towel deposit: 200 thb (Towels are not allow outside the hostel)

Fully refund once return in the same condition. 

AC off from 12p.m. - 5p.m. (For Dorm rooms only)
 

2. Check-out Time: until 11:00 A.M.

Late Check out after 11am. will be 50% charge of the room price on that date.

Late Check out after 2pm. will be 100% charge of the room price on that date.

3. Payment:

Cash in local currency. 

Credit card + 3% charge (visa and master card) in local currency. 

PayPal + 8% charge **ALL PAYPAL PAYMENT BOOKINGS VIA OUR WEBSITE WILL BE COLLECT 8% CHARGE AT RECEPTION ONCE YOU ARRIVED

We also accept payment at any 7-Eleven in Thailand. Please contact us for wallet number.

4. Age Restriction:
Children mean age up to 14 years old
Children are allow only in the private room. 
Children age up to 8 years old can stay for free in private room. Only 1 Child per room is allowed. 
Children age from 9 years old are required to stay in extra bed. Please contact us prior booking. 
Children are not allow to stay in dorm rooms.

5. Cancellation Policy:

Dorm rooms: Up to 1 day advance notice before the arrival date is required. 

Private dorms (4, 6, and 8 beds dorms): Up to 3 days advance notice before the arrival date is required. 
Private rooms: Up to 3 days advance notice before the arrival date is required. 

Non-refundable booking: Cannot be refund or modify the dates.
The cancellation or modification request must come in (by email only) before 11:00 A.M. (local time) on the mentioned date. 

All the reservation made on Check-In date cannot be cancel or modify. 
Failure to follow such policy or no show will result in a full charge of the booking. 

6. Reception Hours: 8 A.M. - 11 P.M.

7. Damages: We reserve the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying damage, caused by the deliberate, negligent or reckless act of the guest to the hostel’s property or structure. Should this damage come to light after the guest has departed, invoice will be send to guest’s email/address, if no response, we reserve the right to make a charge to the guest’s credit / debit card that recorded on their booking.

To be respectful to the other backpackers, please bare in mind the following; 

No smoking in rooms: 2,000 thb fine for the violation. 

Pets are not allowed.

Drugs and weapons are not allowed.

Disturbing/Violation/Sexual harassment/ Sex in Dorm etc. : You will be ask to leave with no refund. If any guest complains, you will be fine at least 1,000 baht and required to refund them for their night. Police will be inform if necessary.
